My experience with Encore was quite good. They worked with me on all aspects of the project and made me feel as though they understood what I wanted and respected our desires. The finished product was and is what we wanted. More importantly as normal issues arose post construction Encore was quick to deal with issues and totally lived up to their warranties. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Of all my years of working with contractors I have never found one who held our respect and produced as satisfactory a product as Encore did. They were/are a wonderful company. If you have any specific questions don’t hesitate to ask me.

Personally, all of you have left a good impression on Gary and I as great people to do business with. I wanted to let you know what the issues I wrote you about yesterday were addressed today. They need to come back out to actually fix things, but all the diagnostic work was done today. I had three different Encore representatives at my house today attending to issues I informed you about only yesterday. I am realistic and know that no project ever goes perfect. When we have had a problem, your company has quickly responded.

We, too, met with several pool companies but went with Encore over all the others. Encore made our pool/landscape experience positive from start to finish. We found them to be consistently professional and pleasant while tackling all the construction details of the pool and landscape assignments with dedication and a smile.

All of the Encore staff seemed to be hard-working and understood exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. During the pool install process, we cannot remember an instance in which they missed a major deadline.

One notable staff member is Robin Coultas...she is very resourceful, creative, a solution-oriented person, and VERY customer-oriented. She functioned well as a team leader when required, and she also worked effectively as a team leader when required, and she also worked effectively as a team member under the direction of other team leaders. On several occasions we also noticed that she got along extremely well with staff under her supervision, as well as colleagues at her own level.

Encore (in our opinion) is a highly respected company by their colleagues, employees, suppliers and customers alike. If you need more information, please feel free to email me.”

I second Christy & Sara’s vote for Encore. We very much liked them during the building process. However, their continuing dedication to follow-up service has us truly impressed. When one of the original pool lights was defective, Encore coordinated a replacement within the week. Robin checked in with us the day after it was installed. When one of our pool equipment pipes was broken (by our kids or lawn svc), they found a company who repaired (at our cost, of course) it within a couple of days - only 2 or 3 days before the 4th of July. They are the exception in this area (it would be nice if the builder, appliance repairman, etc...were as responsive).

We also are comfortably confident that Encore is a sound company (broad base of business including commercial landscaping & maintenance) and will be in business to stand behind their pools. We really enjoyed their approach to designing our pool and surrounding areas to suit our needs instead of coming up with a “one size fits all” plan and tweaking it.
